How do I unlock membership automatically after a successful payment?
A successful payment creates an event. The platform then attempts delivery to the configured endpoint; this timing does not guarantee immediate arrival.
Notified when it happens: The platform may attempt delivery after an event; timing can vary, and retries or duplicate events are possible.
Your service processes on receipt: On receipt, verify the source and content, then update the order or access state according to the business flow. Acknowledge receipt as the provider expects and read back the business record to verify.
Guard against duplicates and forgery: Notifications may be delayed, fail, be retried, duplicate, or arrive out of order; provider retries still do not guarantee delivery. Verify signatures, deduplicate, and reconcile critical records.
