Product Backlog
Put these requests and problems into an ordered backlog, but do not treat every item as a delivery promise.
Collect different kinds of candidate work: Features, defects, experience improvements, and necessary technical work can all enter the list.
Use order to express the current judgment: Order reflects value, risk, dependencies, and evidence rather than a permanent priority label.
Add detail as work gets closer: Near-term items need clear scope and completion conditions; distant ideas can wait for more evidence.
You can say this to an AI Agent
Organize these features, defects, and improvements into a product backlog. Propose an order using the product goal, user impact, risk, and evidence I provide, and explain each choice. Mark unsupported judgments as assumptions. Add the problem, scope, and acceptance conditions to near-term items while keeping distant items brief. Recommend the order without promising dates or deleting lower items.
