Keep the entry and shared resources in the main package: The entry screen and resources needed across ordinary subpackages remain available from the main package. A feature’s pages and private resources can move together.
Load according to the feature being opened: Opening a page in a subpackage can trigger its download. Preloading and caching can change the actual timing; inspect download records rather than assuming it.
