Persona
This page feels too generic. Which customer should I write it for?
A persona should synthesize observed behavior, goals, and concerns. This is an illustrative hypothesis to validate, not a claim about a real study.
Who the copy speaks to: Synthesize goals, behavior, and concerns from interviews or usage notes, then check whether the heading, copy, and action respond. Do not add unsupported details such as age.
What to do first: Goals and context help compare priorities, but a persona supplies evidence for a decision—it does not replace product judgment or user validation.
Acceptance has a basis: Turn 'Can the target user understand this and find the next step?' into a question to check in an interview or page observation.
You can say this to an AI Agent
Use these interview notes to revise the homepage: 'Freelance designers want clients to see their work quickly and worry they cannot build a website.' Treat this as a persona hypothesis to validate; do not invent an age or other unsupported detail. Make the headline and first action address the goal and concern, and list what still needs user validation.
